Surgery FAQ's for Referring Veterinarians

How do I refer a patient to you?

CMSG sees patients for surgery consultations by appointment only.
However, in cases of true emergency, pets can be seen immediately.

Advise your client that you would like to refer them and their pet to a
specialist, then ask them to call CMSG to schedule an appointment. In
preparation for this appointment, please fax or give your client a copy of
their pet's medical records, labwork and radiographs.
