Christy Storms, RVT

Christy has always had a love for all animals. While browsing a
Pierce Community College course catalog several years ago, she
found her life's calling. While pursuing her associate's degree in
Veterinary Technology from Pierce Community College, she
worked as a Veterinary Assistant for 5 years at Calabasas Animal
Clinic. She received her Associate's Degree in 1998.

After completing her Board examination and receiving her
Registered Veterinary Technician Certification that same year, she
was offered a position as a Veterinary Surgical Technician at
VetSurg, Inc. Christy developed her leadership, surgical assistant
and anesthesia monitoring skills under Dr. Jack Henry's direction
for 7 years.

Christy then took a position as a veterinary hospital manager in
Pacific Palisades. Missing her love of surgery, she returned only 4
months later to work with Dr. Davidson as her Lead Surgical
Technician. Christy's interests include staff management, pain
management and critical anesthesia.

Christy regularly volunteers at Olive Vista Middle School
performing dissection of pig hearts for the 6th grade science
classes. Her love for photography has given her much joy through
the years. Her favorite photographic subjects are animals and
children. Christy lives with her husband Sean, their Airedale Sadie
and Feline Darcy in Northridge.

Lisa Hall

Lisa is the youngest of 7 brothers and sisters. Her father, a highly
talented and well-loved veterinarian in the San Fernando Valley, was
her first employer and mentor. It was from him that she first
learned how special the human-animal bond could be. She spent 11
years with Dr. Lasdon in Woodland Hills and continued to grow in
her field. She took a short break from Veterinary medicine to
pursue a career in Human Massage Therapy. Missing the "furry
people," she returned to work with a prominent surgical practice in
Woodland Hills. She spent 7 years under the direction of Dr. Jack
Henry, and has become a talented surgical assistant.

After more than 20 years in the field of Veterinary Medicine she has
many interests. However, if she has to pick three, it would be
critical anesthesia, physical therapy and massage therapy. Her soft
touch and gentle spirit gives much comfort to her patients and their
companion owners.

Lisa also enjoys fishing, kayaking, pyrotechnics, and gardening.
She lives in Northridge with her Catahoulas, Jasper and Jasmine.
